None of them mentioning Sherry saving his mother. They were all appalled that he wanted Julie sent to death but didn't bat an eye or feel badly for how he treated Sherry. Not even his sister. This family is awful! Mad that he already knows she's still alive.

Nah, I agree with Touch-San. As soon as I reached the same chapter, I lost most of my interest in the novel. The premise is good, but the execution takes a sharp nosedive. The setup really shouldn't have been revealed to the main character so early. Additionally, the retelling of the female game character's evil actions, which include weeks of nonstop torture through punching, limb breaking, and potion force-feeding, was poorly written. It reads like an ESL person's fanfic.

They get straight to the point, and I don’t understand the criticism from the other person. It seems they assumed the FML is the love interest, but she’s portrayed more as a one-sided character, which makes for an intriguing story.

I really enjoy it and hope there’s more to come.

The FML isn’t depicted as a flawless person; she’s the main antagonist, and it’s not really a spoiler since it’s revealed right away. If they do end up with a happy ending, I hope the journey gets even more interesting.

The ML, on the other hand, appears to be a good guy and isn’t just after an easy win with the obsessed FML.
