\"The system is supposed to make me strong, so that I can defeat our enemies, right? Then why does it feel like its forcing me to kill you?\" Miko said to the princess, his blade mere inches from her neck.

Well, \'blade\'. In actuality, it was maybe the size of a toy sword. Additionally, it had recently even sported a growth spurt. At first, the sword was barely longer than a pen! That\'s why Miko, once a high school student, was summoned to this world and gained the system: to obtain the power of the demon sword in its entirety, thus finally being able to defeat the demon king and free the 4 kingdoms from certain doom.

The only problem is this... the more Miko gets stronger, the more he loses his humanity. That\'s why his blade is against the neck of someone he loves. Someone who has saved him from this corruption time and time again.

But eventually, anyone would lose themself to the corruptive nature of the system. Why would anything be different for Miko.

In a land of ancient monsters, ferocious enemies and an insurmountable demon king, the 4 kingdoms\' savior may be their worst enemy.

shameless review by the author. I will warn that the first arc is rather slow, taking time to build up Miko's character, the new setting he's thrust into, and other characters, notably the princess and Roan.

From escape and onward, though, it gets crazy ;)

i already loved the introduction! the writing style is entirely understandable and ready to read with a touch of humor and there that perfectly describes the main character's thoughts. i think the flow as well is not too fast, not too slow, which is a perfect balance because the story itself is already good so we get more hooked. the system is also really unique, but not difficult to grasp. its suited for many young male readers (or females too). keep it up, author!

I like the book and the writing. My only complaint was personal preference. The MC honestly is a tad wimpy. It seems like he is literally crying every 2 or 3 chapters. Again this is preference and maybe him being overly emotional is by design. I’m just more adjusted to a tougher MC in these type of stories.

I very much appreciate the simplicity of the writing. Especially dialogue between characters. It’s not too fleshed out or too bare. And it’s pretty nice to the eyes. Especially the mc who is actually cool, and not generic for once.
