Wars have been fought for centuries and the history of the Cynthian Empire is a bloody one, however there are no more nations to conquer, no more wars to fight and the empire has fallen into a time of peace and exploration. Aden was born at this time, never having felt the touch of war. He grew up in an orphanage, amongst many other children and whilst it was not a perfect life, it was not a bad or uncommon one.

That was until he reached 15 and he discovered that he was one of the few to be born with access to their mana. Unfortunately for him, the test to see what type of mage he would become doesn\'t tell the Mages Guild what they want to hear and Aden finds himself exiled to the northern wilderness to find his own way.
