    ML is an emotionally abusive rapist, MC is rather stupid. The angst is plentiful but very manufactured - you have to wonder how ML has survived to this age with his habit of throwing temper tantrums and inability to communicate. Must be because of this good looks and incredibly random super powers. There's literally no one else in the novel (so far) with any super powers at all?? Translation quality is wonderful, good job to the translation team! Pity that the underlying story itself makes you want to grab the characters by the shoulder and shake them.

    The plotline gets weird and nonsensical. The FL is dumb and stupid. Having the gift of premonition but disregards all the signs. She is all talk. Lucky she has live that long. They are running away and she chose to swim and dilly dally on a lake instead of hurrying for safety. Who’s dumb enough to do that? She must have been dropped in the head when she was a babe. Im out. I can’t read a story portraying a godly female who is stupid and ridiculous. Waste of time.

    My poison taste test: I enjoyed this novel a lot until the early 300s, then the fighting scenes got really bad. I felt myself disconnecting while reading it. I got to 371 but will probably put this novel down for a while I just can't force myself to finish rn. It's not a bad novel by any means and I would recommend it, I just got burnt out and disconnected too much. I lost the emotional attachment to the characters.
