With each stomp of his foot against her, Flora's anguished screams echoed throughout the room, casting a heavy sense of dread. For a moment, I had almost forgotten about his existence. But when our eyes met, he shot me a fierce glare, causing me to look away, feeling the weight of his disdain. "Sorry won't save you from destroying my business, you worthless whore," he shouted at Flora before storming off, leaving her in her misery.
