If you wish to see nationalism in a Korean novel as ONLY undercurrent, then read Martial God Regressed to level 2. There is shown as undercurrent, where author portrays entire world as incompetent and evil fools, but he is not labeling them with certain "sins" as this one does!
But in one thing you are completely right, racism and nationalism in a Korean novels is more and more visible and frequent!
