Liked the concept but MC's personality is not my cup of tea  He's a saint not fit to survive in the apocalypse  Seems to be stupid who can easily be taken advantage of.Eg: He declared that he had several resources in  resource scarce world

So he did what he would have usually done far earlier - he attacked, using his Power of Destruction against this opponent who was threatening his family. The energy he fired at him would was concentrated on a small place, but would have been strong enough to wipe out a city.

He looked up to the teacher and only now did he remember why he felt that this guy in front of him was dangerous.

The body began to stand, nearly twice the size of the man it used to be. It was hunchbacked and twisted, muscle wrapping around it in ways that resembled shredded meat. Its face began to twist, its left eye socket expanding and warping the skull around it. The eye expanded in size, centering itself on its forehead. Its other eye severed itself moments later, slopping out of its place as the socket that housed it began to close.

The guards finally arrive and address the doctor. "Sir, we've found the subject, should we pursue?"

"What?"
