"Remove your clothes for me, Ava, or face the consequences," he whispered, heat radiating from his raspy breath, almost like a deadly threat. "I won't hesitate to rip them apart myself," he growled, his words laced with primal ferocity.

    I think it ends badly because it is literally the main character's Redemption, she has to suffer and that's Sadge (sorry im snooping around and I havent even read half of the story yet)
