Then again, we are controlled by the administration, guided by the brains who are the outcomes of majority rules system.

A cop in the Department of supernatural crimes (DSC) named Kaine, becomes well known by killing and utilizing the devious methods to manage lawbreakers and syndicates, in this way getting the crime rate diminished in his vicinity. Trey, a newcomer in the DSC with fair identity started to work under Kaine.
