Scarlett, a werewolf unable to change forms, faced a harrowing life after losing her parents. Tragically, she found herself under the tyrannical rule of Alpha Ryker, who made her his slave. In the world of wolves, finding a mate without the ability to shift seemed impossible. Yet, during an annual Mating Ball, Scarlett stumbled upon an unexpected surprise - she discovered not just her soulmate, but someone who outmatched even the cruel Alpha Ryker in darkness: Alpha Enzo. Enzo, notorious for his wicked reputation, appeared to be a completely different person around Scarlett. He revealed kindness, sweetness, and a fierce protectiveness that contrasted with his infamous image. However, no matter how much Enzo tried, he couldn't shield Scarlett from the harsh reality that awaited them. As a perilous battle threatened Scarlett's safety, the question loomed: would Enzo be strong enough to defend her, or would the truth about her inability to shift lead to heartbreaking consequences?

Popular Reviews
I feel pity for them, they are living on a frozen hell and only want to live in a better environment. But because the author hates to the core the japanese and the dual race are "pictured as japanese" (WW2 sh*t) so they are considered as amoral degenerates and exterminated to the last (Including children and elders).
But I still recommend this novel, one mistake at the end don't destroy the rest of a good novel.
