A Pound Of Flesh

I stumbled upon this one and got sucked in (now read all of her novels), this is her first so yes some grammar issues but the story is so great you look past it!!

great author.  I know this book is going to just amazing as it predecessor.

Okay im on 430 chapter here is my take.
Good story telling. Very likeable smart mc how 1000+ age person should act behave. He doesn’t look down on others. He is very open minded and takes others suggestions well,
He is not on FY level but simplicity sake if FY is 15/10 this mc is easily 9.7/10.

The only downside for this story is and imo its major one, the amount of chapters authors waste on certain things ex. Im on 430 chapters and they are fighting with boss for 10+ chapters he is not even main you can skip 5-7 chapters and you wont miss much. Author does this way too much not to mention chapters are quite long which is very good thing but dragging the fight every dam arc for no reason makes quite boring and sometimes to show character growth he makes random characters act illogical which makes you feel author is insulting your intelligence. This imo calls for -2 points
