Ah, what a delightful change! Honestly, I usually get stuck in novels with limited romance, but this time, I stumbled upon something truly refreshing. Wow! It's incredibly cute and well-developed – a perfect blend of modern setting, professor-student dynamic, and a fantastic love story. This is what a great read should be all about, after all. And of course, the storytelling is top-notch. I would definitely give it a solid five-star rating – I'm excited about it! 😃

The addition of a mature main lead paired with a tsundere, mischievous protagonist is a winning combination. 🤗

As for the spoiler part, I can't help but appreciate how the character growth later on is portrayed – another big thumbs up! 🙌👏

The reason you might want to continue reading is that despite some aspects feeling unrealistic, such as the sudden development of the relationship, the growth between the main characters (MC) and love interest (ML) is significant. The MC learns maturity from ML, while ML becomes more lighthearted. However, the pacing issue seems to be a personal preference. You prefer a slower build-up, where characters have time to heal, understand each other, and evolve before their relationship deepens. This approach aligns with your taste for a more gradual romance. While the story might not cater to your specific preference, others might find it engaging with its unique dynamics. Ultimately, it depends on what type of storytelling resonates with you as a reader.

Dude, seriously! I finished this novel in just 14 hours?!?? It's amazing, super duper good?? The only thing that bothers me is the side content – I feel like it didn't delve deep enough into their future, but overall, this book is fantastic!??

This novel is so compelling and realistic that it left me with a bittersweet feeling. It delves into profound themes such as love, aging, marriage, education, decision-making, existence, and the inevitability of death. Despite its delightful and tender narrative, it forces one to confront harsh truths. As a fiction reader, that's a bit daunting for me.

If you share my sentiment, I highly recommend giving it a read, even though certain passages about campus life, tough choices, the passage of time, and the finality of death might be emotionally challenging. But trust me, the journey is rewarding and filled with valuable lessons to be learned.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this; each chapter was a delightful treat. Unlike other novels that can have an emotional rollercoaster, this one exudes warmth and joy, tugging at the heartstrings without overwhelming. There's just the right amount of sentiment to fully engage with, and despite not having finished all the chapters, I've grown quite fond of it (I'm eagerly awaiting more updates).

Changyi is a character I adore - where can we find such a gem in real life? The progression of Ting's character development throughout the story is organic and natural, without feeling forced or contrived. It's a beautiful, heartwarming journey.

In summary, this is an exceptional read, a standout in its genre. Thank you to the author and translators for bringing this touching tale to life. ❤️

Wow, what an incredible journey! I am incredibly grateful to have stumbled upon this delightful gem. As a relatively new reader, having only recently taken up this hobby, this is my third novel, and it has made a profound impact. The story showcases a meaningful relationship that transcends age, gender, and life perspectives, with characters who face challenges but handle them in a way that feels relatable.

Ting Shuang and Bai Changyi's connection is simply captivating – their interactions are engaging, filled with laughter, embarrassing moments, and heartwarming sweetness that tug at your heartstrings. While some might find Ting Shuang's immaturity or sudden maturity in later chapters off-putting, I personally relate to it. If I had a partner like Bai Changyi, I'd probably act spoiled too! It's just a matter of preference; I never found Ting Shuang annoying. Their contrasting personalities actually complement each other beautifully.

I wholeheartedly recommend this novel to everyone. Initially, I was hesitant due to its 90s-themed chapters, fearing they might drag. However, every chapter is engaging, and I found myself finishing it in just a few days, which is quite unusual for me. Give this book a chance, and I guarantee you'll be inspired to raise your expectations for a partner like Bai Changyi. It's a delightful read!
