At the ridiculous price and the even more ridiculous discount, Yin Shi Feng had the urge to smash the jade amulet and stomp on it. Ruthlessly stamping down the childish urge, he rummaged around in his pocket, and handed out the amount.
'She'll happen do better for him nor ony o' t' grand ladies.' And again, 'If she ben't one o' th' handsomest, she's noan faal and varry good-natured; and i' his een she's fair beautiful, onybody may see that.'
"If only that incident will make me have my position in creating novels in the column section then I'll be good, happy even," Jae Kyung muttered, almost pouting her lips.
Loving the story so far, lots of characters but feel like I know all of them. I’m just hoping the author has a lot planned, I need at LEAST 600 more chapters of this!
So, if you like the concept of Necromancy and System, I recommend this novel.I should especially mention that the great inspiration from DND was enough to bring the novel to the forefront in my eyes. The main character seems to be a colourful person and the main plot of the novel is quite interesting.
The story starts with a simple premise - mass awakening of monsters throughout the world, and MC is a sort of 'chosen one' with a daughter in tow. So far there's less focus on magic and skills than other stories but the system elements are abundantly present in each chapter, serving as a continuous reminder of MC's growth. It's too early (review is as of ch10) to comment much on the character development, but there are a few established characters and MC's relationship with his daughter remains criticial to the plot. I'm interested to see where this goes!Definitely give it a shot if you're a fan of robust system novels.
Currently at chapter 53 where the first arc ended. It has some strong points and weak points, my problem sometimes is how the mc complains alot but I guess its the charm of this novel, some jokes are a bit overused sometimes but its been fun. What I find a little bit unnecessary is the romance, romance is not fit for this kind of style considering this is the first time the author is adding a mix of romance, but some key takeaways why I never dropped this is how quirky and funny characters like greta, the stranger, and vincent, I'll also add the king and his pets. Some characters are pretty unique on their own way. At the beginning it started slow but it gets to develop further on when he reached the capital.I just hope we can know more of his past because this shenanigans started quick on chapter 1.Overall, I'll give it a 4.6/5.
