Wizardry in another world

William was born with abilities unheard of on earth. He managed to hide them for a while until one day when it all came crashing down, his life went haywire from that point though he found some form of stability it all crumbled once more when he reached sixteen when the government learned of his abilities and wanted him for their own gain. He went on to be a lab rat till one day when the government got a little bit too greedy and ended up killing him.in his last moments, he hears an angelic voice, \"Oh you poor thing.\" he then awakens in a new world where superpowers are common sightings.
