I think this is done quite well for an aspiring author. It is obvious that he cares for the world that he's building. I believe the author is trying to create a more original piece of work that tries to separate itself from common archetypes. Overall, I am both rooting for the author and the world they are trying to create.
I do love the story and couldn't wait for updates. Eventually I came up with conclusion, that this one won't be finished. Why? Well, if extremely rare updates aren't the clue, then the-author-starting-new-book-and-updating-it-more-often, should be. Sad. :(
Loved the characters throughout this book - they all were so well written. This story will keep you intrigued from beginning to end. Super excited for Quirins story!
