Shu Lan is an ordinary student who prefers to stay out of the spotlight. He leads a simple life, going to school and returning home in a daily routine. His life is uneventful, with few friends. One day, he stumbles upon a novel titled "Between Three Empires," an omegaverse story set to be released as a game the following week.
The novel revolves around Qing Shan, an omega who catches the attention of the male leads from three empires. Together, they unravel the mysteries of a cursed land. Unfortunately, Shu Lan dies accidentally by falling from a rooftop before he can finish the story. In the next moment, he finds himself reborn as Yang Luoya, the older brother of one of the male leads, Yang Wei.
