I think this is a great book, even though it's in it's early stages. Imagining what the world and events in the world would look like is easy. At first, I thought the whole book might be a long battle of genders. I am pleasantly surprised that it was nothing like I expected, and I will be definitely awaiting all the chapters to come. :)
I’m currently at chapter 199. I started reading mainly because it was labeled as a romance novel and didn’t have a Harem tag in the description. The first five chapters were hard to get through, giving the impression of a shallow story filled with ecchi, but the next 25 chapters surprised me. I was excited to see the development of the MC’s relationship with Liana because she was written with incredible depth. The MC, on the other hand, was an annoying and exhausting brat, but I kept reading for Liana. So, I thought I could just enjoy the MC’s growth and watch the romance unfold, right? Wrong. The story became tedious after chapter 29. Javier’s daily life was repetitive and boring, and it only started getting interesting again around chapter 80, when the MC’s family development began. However, things started getting weird with the introduction of a possible harem. I kept going because, after chapter 23, I really wanted to see how the relationship would develop once the MC reached adulthood, but in the end, I was disappointed.I checked the comments and found the author’s confirmation that this is, indeed, a Harem novel.I appreciate the author for their work. I was just disappointed with the direction the story is taking regarding Liana, but I plan to return once the novel is further along to check out the MC's adult life. Thank you, and congratulations on your work!
