I just caught up right now with the first 8 chpaters, and I must say that I'm rather impressed by it. It's quite slow at first, but i believe that is a necessary sacrifice. The author is trying to build a compelling world, and i must say that he's succeeding. It is not a masterpiece by no meams but it's great for what it is, especially for a first novel at that. I'm anticipant about this and the authors future works in general. I believe he or she has a lot of dormant potential that will fruit as he or she writes more and more novels and conversely chapters.
I'm really enjoying this novel so far! It's got a fresh and unique feel compared to most web novels out there. The power system is new and pretty captivating, and the author does a great job building up a mysterious vibe. It's also really well-written, which adds to the overall experience. Since the story is just starting, I’m excited to see how the main character develops, especially since he's still figuring things out like anyone would when thrown into a new world. I can't wait to see how all the mysteries unfold, how the MC uncovers the truth behind the 'Veil,' and the reason he was thrust into this new world.
That said, if you're not into mysterious plots or aren't patient enough to let things unfold, you might find it a bit slow. But honestly, it's still in its early phase, so I'd say give it a chance!
Just caught up with the first seven chapters and I have to say, it’s quite a good start, at first, the pacing is a bit slow as the author mentioned too, as they are trying to lay out the world, there is also heavy info on the power system. But honestly, that slow burn really works here. It gives you time to soak in all the details and start piecing things together.
The power system and the unique way of "borrowing" mana and the veil is a very interesting concept, personally I liked it alot.
Aric Oswin, wakes up in this fantasy world in someone else's body, quite a generic start but hey the build-up was very good, you get the sense that things aren’t going to be easy for him. And the whole idea of being guided—or maybe manipulated—by the mysterious voice not knowing what will happen to him is quite good.
Overall, the story sets up a lot of tension and mystery, and I'm excited to see where it goes. I'm hooked and curious to see how the story progresses.

As far as I've read (7 chapters), the novel is incredibly grippy and captivating. I am extremely expectant about this novel due to this. So yeah, if anyone is reading this, do give it a try.
