I love this novel but the only thing I don't approve of is the system that rewards based on bonuses or ranks instead of doing it in my opinion based on the mc power / opponent power ratio.
I admire the author for being descriptive, however, I would suggest to remove the sound effects and the all-caps sentences. This is already in my library so I'll definitely continue reading this novel. :)
Shorts like this aren't really my cup of tea; I only read it because of the author. "Bokura" is the anime that sparked my interest in manga, and I haven't stopped reading since.
All the stories are cute and function well on their own. Each one revolves around a high school romance that blossoms into a first love. The tales were decent—nothing spectacular, not dull, just an average read. Chapter two had me gritting my teeth; Nariko isn't at her best here, but the ending was acceptable. Chapter four, "Constellation in July," was undoubtedly the best story out of the five.
Her characters tend to be somewhat generic, with the male and female leads following the same basic mold.
Overall, it's cute, brief, and entertaining. Would I recommend it? Sure.
Story: 7 [some better than others, but each has its uniqueness]
Art: 7 [good]
Characters: 6 [OK]
Enjoyment: 6 [OK]
Overall: 6 [OK]<p>
