Fiona, a young gamer from a disadvantaged family in Latin America, aspires to win the world championship of the game "Embers of a Wish." Her dream is to secure a better future for her daughter, transcending her own humble beginnings, societal disparities, and anonymity. Fiona is resolved to create a fairy-tale ending exclusively for her child, even if it means sacrificing her own aspirations and embracing the role of a destined star.
She confronts numerous challenges, including government corruption and the hardships of poverty. Despite these obstacles, Fiona trains diligently and participates in tournaments while striving to make ends meet and endure in a corrupt society.
