    this novel cant even reach the mediocre standard just from chapter 1 you will see a huge and unexplainable plothole no matter what the author says in later chapters you cant cover this plothole
    the mc is an ordinary person before he reincarnates
    after he reincarnates he acts dumb and changes completely but nobody suspects anything?
    then he thinks he became some medical god who can make a potion just because he knows some of the materials they used plus adding his own materials to "remove" the side affects with no fking recipe nothing
    then he thinks that because the mc who will definitely kill him hasnt done anything to him yet he wont do anything back either
    plus the quality of the writing is bad and the conversations like people with mental issues talking
    all of this make the novel trash material
    i didnt even bother to read the second chapter nor should you
