Normally, I would not be so invested in this story because it has all the cliches and overused themes a typical Chinese novel has.But it is charming and addictive in its own way. You would not find yourself bored with the story, as it has enticing points that satisfies you in some manner. Though do get ready for a lot of face-slapping, as this story has a lot of that.
If you're looking for a gripping martial arts rebirth story with a female MC then you may need to pass over this one as nothing in it was developed to make a coherent story. The entire novel felt more like an outline with characters and plot that weren't properly fleshed out.
