The SSS Rank Adventurer Duo Adventures: The Gnome and the Fairy (BL)

Kai is a diminutive human, a gnome, while Lin is a delicate creature of magic, a fairy. As an elite SSS-ranked adventurer with countless world-saving feats under his belt, Kai dreams of a peaceful retirement. On the other hand, Lin, an equally formidable SSS-ranked necromancer, has a dark objective - to resurrect his lost kin by any means necessary. Both characters will engage in verbal manipulation, each trying to outwit the other in their pursuit of their respective goals. The question remains: Can they protect their own desires without letting emotions get in the way? In truth, Kai consoles himself that a fairy-induced apocalypse might just be a preferable outcome compared to the recent hamster fiasco. As for Lin, despite his nefarious intentions, his ethereal voice seems to betray any true malevolence, making it difficult for him to fully embrace darkness.
