In his past life, Asher Velmont was a renowned sorcerer, an adventurer who had braved countless dungeons and faced terrifying monsters. But his journey was cut short when he sacrificed himself to save a young girl in a deadly dungeon.
However, death was not the end.
He awakens in an unfamiliar world—Earth—but it's not the modern world as we know it. This Earth is ruled by powerful factions, and dungeons have mysteriously appeared across the globe, granting people abilities similar to his old world. Unfortunately, Asher is not reborn into a wealthy or powerful family. Instead, he finds himself as a poor, struggling orphan in the city’s slums.
With no money, no connections, and his magical powers greatly weakened in this world, he must start from the bottom. But Asher soon realizes this world’s dungeon system is strangely familiar, and the rulers of this world—known as the Highlords—seem to be hiding something.
As he grows stronger, Asher begins to uncover secrets that make him question:
Why was he reborn on this Earth?
Who are the rulers controlling the dungeons?
Is there a connection between this world and his past life?
And the most chilling revelation of all—
The girl he died saving in his past life exists in this world too. But she doesn’t remember him.

Story is well written with few fillers, but its weakness is MC who is hypocrite , guillable , patsy and tbh dumb. He saves random youths even without knowing if he would be able to kill those beasts( he has been mistreated his whole life and bullied so his feelings in a dog eat dog world make no sense), ends up trusting a family enough to show his eyes , even after being warned by someone few minutes ago , which he known for no more than for few minutes . He knows he is an extra but still thinks them of as family, naively tells his discovery to his teacher which he should not and tries some experiment on his second soul bond while he could have waited to find one with better potential.... Taking undue risk. At the end , someone like him wouldn't survive in real world, and his actions scream plot armourAuthor says it again and again that he is mature but in reality he is emotional mess without much rationality to back his actions. Read but don't waste your spirit stones or pass on it as his character growth stops at chapter 10.0 0 Reply

Due to me reading scoring ancient body from the get-go I can see a lot of similarities but it doesn't affect me reading the actual story that much. Grammar could be improved since there are some obvious grammatical errors but hopefully, this will improve over time. But there are plenty of good things for example straying away from the cliche of being able to kill without batting an eye also him having a big background rather than being wastewood. the battles are amazing as you can see the development. Can't really comment on romance since I haven't really seen it from what I have read so far. But overall good novel just try and stray away from the same setting as SABFGG and improve grammar and this book will jump in quality.0 0 Reply

Felt important so i think i should talk about this. i know how important the mc of the story can be, some people do not like Azriel, so here are his character traits. -he kills innocents. -he is naive and reckless. -he likes to fight and get stronger.-he does not like to read.of course, it will change in the future, he will be the one who leads the empire, a leader can't be a Brute who doesn't think anything. He will change and get better. Actually, he is already a lot better than before within 30ish chapters and will keep on improving as the story progress. please be patient with him and me. hmm hmm, that's all i wanted to say. I hope have a great time reading.0 0 Reply

Well, let me make a brief comment on what I think of this novel. The beginning is quite average, the MC is quite annoying, the dialogues between characters seem a bit strange and the presented world is typical for this kind of story. However, over time and in subsequent chapters, many of these elements are clearly improving. We have some development of the MC, the relations between him and one of the main female characters are presented in a good way and they develop all the time. As these are the most important elements in the novel for me, I am glad that the author pays attention to them. Additionally, a big plus from me for the MC for his taste in women. The main accusation I can have about the history is the fact that MC is really too OP. I prefer when the power of the main character is more balanced and side characters are able to compete with him.Generally I may be wrong but it seems to me that this is the beginning of the author's adventure with writing and you can see it. Nevertheless, I highly recommend following the story because I think it can only get better with time.0 0 Reply

I think this novel was on gravity tales and had more than a hundred or two hundred chapters already. Anyway, this novel has all the cliches I find annoying in Chinese novels. The novel has a mc who becomes a *** crazed maniac in less than 100 chapters, he has Captain America level of powers in normal earth, kills people for whatever reason(Some delinquents were harassing a harem member. He wanted to teach them a lesson and ended up breaking someone's bone. He felt like it would cause trouble to him so he just killed them all instead. The guys didn't want to kill him or anything, they were just perverts verbally harassing a girl...)This story is pointlessly nationalistic(Author mentions China superiority in places nobody really cares) and author doesn't know about foreign countries that much, so every foreigner is a stereotype. All mexicans are drug gangs here, American girls are really "open0 0 Reply
