I absolutely love this story. Quite shocked it's not higher on the voting scale. But the members of the men of culture group reign supreme along with some other nonsense stories that I can't get into. But back to the story. From the start the story behind very slightly cliche and then goes off into this massively different tale from what I was expecting. I didn't even realize I had been reading for so long as I was quickly immersed in the story losing out on some much needed sleep. But that's just how good and unique it is. The characters actually have depth to them. The mc isn't stupidly op from the start. He uses his brains a lot to get through situations. Which is a plus in my book because I love it when the mc has a brain and uses it. And the skills are not generic they actually have real thought put into them.If this was really a game I would love to play it.And for once I don't mind the actual real world interactions after a couple chapters of gameplay. That's about as much as I can say without spoilers. But the release rate is very steady. There is a lot of world building in the background without being monotonous. And because of everything listed so far I have left one of my very few reviews. ☺️

Well the storyline is pretty fleshed out besides the world setting and backstory on certain scales like sect scaling, where the town is located in what world and such stuff like that but the city is fleshed out nicely enough now if something goes and gets randomly injected. Also by fleshed out standards the 9 provinces are extremely lacking and they’re even given the feeling of being within a jolly horse ride away from the town. Now hopefully it gets somewhat fleshed out throughout the story in the contextually, (now I go on a tangent directed towards the author) now I don’t mean add in extreme detail just avoid making the areas sound like their so close to each other, you should atleast put some distance marks on how far the guy goes to find his people (or anything like that where it is confusing context wise)he is just in the mortal realm after all. Now terribly sorry about the review being so long and I wrote this later then In my night then I should’ve but I at least edited it somewhat. can hardly wait for the other twenty chapters.

<Did I forget something?> Akira wondered to himself as Maria narrowed her eyes and walked closer towards him. With every step she took towards him, he backed up, until he hit the wall. Maria's eyes pinned him to the wall as her eyes trailed down to his tie.

"Why?"  A single word that plagued me at night.  And then Miles told her the reason why when I did not answer her.  The thing that everyone knows but never wants to here.
