He would kill those that will try to harm those he doesn't want to be harmed and spare the ones he wants to. But this Human could tell others that he, a strange new being, appeared in the forest. Maybe the Humans would try to attack him and hunt him down. And if they were defeated for a few times the same mistake would just happen again.
