The Power Academy

There is no dynamic harder to balance than one being thrown into your face. How does Kayla handle that? With grace? With poise? Or does she stand up and fight back? There, she will face hardships and many different options to her forever. Join her on her journey to create connections, learn, and survive this crazy academy. ~~~~~ I started this novel as an opportunity for me to work through a lot of the hurt I have gone through in my life and being forced into this community way before I even understood what the word consent was. I write this as a tool for healing and to have a character I relate to on a very deep and personal level go through situations I was forced into, but to come out on top of those emotions and to be even stronger.
