--------
Zar had just completed the prologue of his first novel—a sprawling, intricate universe known as the Nexus Verse, filled with multiverses, ancient beings, and a god-tier academy designed to train the most powerful individuals across existence. He had poured years into world-building, designing complex systems, and crafting lore that would put even the greatest fictional worlds to shame. It was his magnum opus… or so he thought.
Then, on the night of his 22nd birthday, something went horribly wrong. A simple cake-cutting moment turned into an out-of-body experience, and when he woke up, he wasn’t at home anymore. Instead, he found himself standing inside the very world he had created—but there was a problem. He had only written the prologue. The rest? Just scattered ideas in his head.
And now, he was here.
To his horror, the Nexus Verse was far more vast and chaotic than he had imagined. His "brilliant" concepts had backfired spectacularly—there weren’t just a few multiverses, there were over 9,000 of them, each teeming with powerful civilizations, cosmic monstrosities, and warlords that made gods look like insects. Worse, the Nexus Academy—the elite institution he had designed to train only the strongest beings—was real. And as fate would have it, he was now a participant in its entrance exam.
Armed with whatever scraps of lore he can remember and the horrifying realization that he might have made this world way too overpowered, Zar must navigate the trials of Nexus Academy, outsmart beings that defy logic, and pray that none of the godlike entities he wrote into existence decide to obliterate him just for fun.
After all, if the author himself doesn’t even know what happens next… how the hell is he supposed to survive?
As he struggles to comprehend the madness he has been thrown into, a voice—ancient, boundless, and resonating with unfathomable power—echoes in his mind.
[At long last… I had Founded you... Welcome, my sole and rightful wielder.]
Zar's breath caught in his throat.
What the hell had he created?

Story has great promise, but is simply ruined by trash translation.translation after chapter 40 is simply unreadable , it is worse than MTL.this needs a rewrite, it’s very sad as the story has great promise.Great cheat(talent), 2 different power systems martial and cultivation although the names of the levels for the martial path are confusing and the entire power system isn’t structured properly or explained(as the MC himself is as clueless as the readers and he simply fumbles Away ) which is fun to see.Sadly whatever joy i could have in the novel is ruined by the TRASH TRANSLATION.if it gets a rewrite with an actual translation instead of whatever that is, then i will read again , until then i’m out.many great novels have been ruined by Trash Translation.0 0 Reply

writing quality - quite good for a novel on this site.stability of updates - very frequent story development - the only thing done is mostly grinding for the most part (read up to chapter 26). the level up frequency is so fast that barely anything is explored at all. it just ends up as a 1) go here, 2) kill mob , 3) level up. repeat. if i could give this section a 0 i would give it a zero.character design -up until chapter 26 character interactions are quite minimal and short given it has been mostly grinding or orders given, thus making every character seem 1 dimensional. 2 stars total. extra star for the mafia background which is different from what you normally see.world background - suffers from same reason as story development. nothing touched upon. all we know is that mc went here got legend class, went there and trained. went there to dungeon, go there to train. no point in remembering places since mc will just speed past it soon enough. its a story wiith a good premise but pacing is obviously an issue. level ups have gone by so fast that mc is past level 100 in 26 chapters and this spans only a few days since game release. perhaps it got better in the future, i wouldn't know because i am dropping this novel here. without story development or world background in terms of quests, the game is very flat and does not engage my imagination of different scenes. given that this game should span years, the fast paced leveling is broken and i dread what kind of levels will make sense years down the timeline. If you can stomache the issues or dont mind it, feel free to continue reading. i applaud you for i couldnt bear it.0 0 Reply
