Possessed as the male lead’s younger sister.

Having lost my parents in the war and living alone with my brother, I get a job at the notorious Duke of Akarut.

“Hey, what’s your name?”

“It’s Chase.”

However, there were a few issues ―

I was currently in disguise as a boy, and the problem was that in the future, the Duke was going to kill my older brother.

In the end, I ran away to survive… but Raiden Akarut came looking for me.

“What does the Duke want from me?”

“I’m sorry, but I have a lot I want from you.”

His voice was strange.

When I tried to turn my head to look at him, Raiden buried his face in my shoulder.

“…You probably don’t want anything from me, but I do. When I see you, it makes me angry.”

Raiden tightened his arms around my waist.

Beautiful storyline with fleshed out characters. Love the story. The author set up the characters and their qualities and the conflict between them beautifully. The chemistry between them is  undeniable. If you are fan of slowburns and like character development you should try this book. Even if you like fast paced stories, you'll love this book. Don't miss it ❤️ Keep up the good work, dear author 💪😍.Love you ❤️

Well, what can I say except AMAZING! The grammars are splendid. The development is steady even though I'm still at the earlier chapters. The world background is also remarkable. Anyway, I highly recommend this book and author, don't you dare stop this book, hehe.

Finally an author that can THINK and PLAN. Consistency and discipline in character personality and inner dialogue. A straight up excellent novel that has bite and grit. This novel doesnt pull punches and thats how it should be and how I like it.Consistency and details make up the foundation of this novel and that foundation is solid. The MC is well flashed out. His motivations and actions are meticulously pieced together that the surprises and revelations at the start serve as predictive plot points for the future. This makes the novel coherent and rewards readers for knowing details in the novel. There are no overnight personality changes or sudden deus ex machina wins here. This novel builds things up gradually but that doesnt mean the pay offs arent satisfying. The few weaknesses this novel has are its power creep, side characters, and timeline. Like others in the academy ranking genre, the MC starts out dead last and all of the sudden finds himself ranked 1. Though the author explains this well enough, it diminishes all the other characters if the bottom suddenly rises to the top seemingly overnight. As of writing this, it happens in 2 months novel time. This is compounded by the MC's tragic past maiming him with less resources and practicing skills that are not related to combat. Sure life lessons and street smarts should help him mentally but that should never overcome all the resources given to those with higher social standing. The side characters are good, okay, borderline great. Borderline. What keeps them from their potential is the lack of writing without relation to the MC. Side characters feel more alive and distinctive if they do somethings on their own without relating to the MC. This rarely happens in this novel, maybe because the POV is from the MC but that limits the potential of the novel. A great many things happend in the novel all in the span of 2 months that it feels too convoluted. Death here and there, and suddenly monsters, then sneaking out, getting equipment crafted, making original spells etc. This diminishes the impact of each achievement, although not much. Despite the fantasy genre the hardest thing to believe is that theres too much events too fast. Plot pacing needs work but the events themselves are dynamic and intriguing enough.Overall a well thoughtout novel of high quality. There might be some disagreements with taste and style with the readers but not in substance. This is no rookie novel and it definitely has personality. I hope this novel doesnt go soft and lose its fangs and bite.

I deeply respect author for being consistent, still on the road to the same goal, added to it but it's basically the same, the world building and it's elements didn't just change halfway through, anything that was added meshed with whatever was already there. Most of the stuff I started out liking and reading around the time i started this i basically already dropped. This one stood tall. It reminds me of the old stuff like i shall seal the heavens and the desolate era, and stuff from that time. Where writers actually gave a shit about their work, instead of just writing for the sake of writing. Back then it took getting halfway through a thousand chapter book to even start to see inconsistencies, and the chapters were long, min 2000 words, some going all the way to 10000 and beyond. These days the problems start from the first chapter, the gimmicks and themes are the main plot devices, systems, golden fingers are the actual story and most of the time they're not even well thought out.I miss having face slapping situations that actually made sense. But i digress  it's good author, thank you and i know it's not done and it might get worse but for now i am thankful and so i thank you.currently following closely 1400+ as i post this
