Synopsis for The Lost City Eldarath
In a world where magic and war intertwine, young scholar Alaric stumbles upon a forbidden book that whispers of Eldarath, a lost city brimming with ancient power. Ignoring the warnings of Seraphine, a mysterious witch who claims Eldarath is cursed, Alaric embarks on a perilous journey across Europe to uncover the city’s secrets.
His quest draws the attention of the Guild of Shadows, a powerful order of wizards who have long sought Eldarath’s magic to tip the balance in the ongoing war between the supernatural and the mundane. But as Alaric pieces together the fragments of an ancient map, he realizes he is not the only one seeking Eldarath. Dark forces—rogue witches, treacherous warlocks, and a forgotten prophecy—loom over him at every turn.
As Alaric and Seraphine navigate cursed forests, enchanted ruins, and betrayals that threaten to tear them apart, they uncover a devastating truth: Eldarath’s power is both salvation and ruin, capable of reshaping the world—or ending it. When the city’s long-slumbering inhabitants awaken, alliances are shattered, and a final battle for Eldarath’s fate begins.
Torn between destiny and free will, Alaric must make an impossible choice. Will he claim Eldarath’s legacy and wield its magic, or will he sacrifice everything to prevent the chaos it could unleash?
A tale of power, betrayal, and fate, The Lost City Eldarath is an epic fantasy where the line between hero and villain blurs, and the cost of magic is higher than anyone ever imagined.

The synopsis made me reluctant to read it. But the results of his win-win mission event always bother me. There must be a reason why it always ranks at the top, usually either the story isn't interesting but has a large fan base, or the story is indeed interesting even though the fan base isn't that big.As usual, great in the beginning then mediocre in the middle. The premise is quite a cliche, but well executed. Aiden Silvereye (this always reminds me of the Silverstone circuit) as the main character who focuses his career on films rather than as a singer was a good decision, because I can hardly imagine the lyrics of the songs in this book without hearing the tunes live. That's not bad, it's just that it will seem that something is lacking for me later if the focus is as a singer. In terms of plot, I just say it's interesting because it's enough to keep me going to always wait for new chapters. I can imagine that the skills possessed by film characters will later be owned by ml. Will Aiden turn into a magician who can move physically and beyond that? I don't know, let's just wait in thousands of chapters maybe it will happen, or not.I hope the quality doesn't decrease when it reaches chapter 500 and above. Because as the saying goes, before making a book the author must know when and how his work will end at the time of writing the first chapter, even though it will develop in the middle of the chapters. Good work.0 0 Reply

The story is better than I expected. The summary makes it sounds like an average story where MC got isekai'd with a OP system, and does a face slapping marathon using his Cheat, gets all the girls, punches young masters and gets called a 'dragon among men'.But this is much better, this is a very good Kingdom Building Story (I seriously love good kingdom building stories) with great funny moments, the protagonist is OP but it doesn't make the story dull or boring. The side characters are also quite awesome, although there are very few of them, I guess more character will be introduced later in the story.Awesome story. I hope this get selected. Although with Qidian past record, even if you vote this it might still not get selected but I have hope dammit!!Also, Galbella was mentioned twice in the first 60 chapters. This alone makes it a good book. Enough for it to get my support. Also also, the 60 chapter trial ended on a cliffhanger, and I really want to know who that girl was who meets the MC.0 0 Reply
