So does the MC share his wife with others? If so, I am out of it

The MC doesn't share his women with others. However, the MC's adopted father (the Demon Lord) does share his wife (Lilith) with the MC. So its like he is cucking his father, but she doesn't leave the father for the son, she gets to have both of them, and they are both okay with it. Anyways, she's not the MCs woman, she just his adopted-mother/f*ck-buddy, so it doesn't really count as the MC sharing his women with others.

Depends. How old is he? Is he drinking for need or drinking for pleasure? Is he looking at her b**bs with hunger or lust? At some point a line is crossed. A ten year old for example, has no business sucking his mother's breast.
