The deadly fungus

There are moments in life, chunks of time that become a haven for our exhausted minds. Like the moment of deep relief that comes over us when we wake up from a terrible nightmare, where the realization of safety and reality replaces the fear of our dreams. But what if reality was this terrible nightmare from which we temporarily escape in our dreams, and if we wanted to escape from it forever, there would be no other solution than death? This nightmare actually happened when the deadly fungus Candida Auris began to spread after it had a mutation that caused it to become a global epidemic.
