This story is absolutely adorable. I came across this series ages ago and struggled to recall its name for quite some time. Akane is a rather single-minded girl, while her best friend and the one she loves, Aogi, fits the perfect prince charming archetype. All they both truly want is to be together. However, it seems like every obstacle in this story conspires to keep them apart. If you manage to find this series, it truly is worth reading. It offers good laughs, and the artwork is exceptional as well.

This was the second manga I ever bought, so I felt compelled to write about it. There isn't much more to say, though, because I can't seem to track down book 2. As a result, I've only read book 1.
