Hi, I'm the translator for this trial novel, hope everyone enjoys the read!Given how lacking the synopsis is (and seeing some of your responses to it), let me help and give you something more comprehensive.MC from Earth, China, gets mistaken for an Assassin that had killed some VIP (not known who or why yet), manages to negotiate himself some compensation for the mistake and requests the Gene Optimization Fluid, something that unlocks the 7th region of human's brain in this universe that already has an intergalactic human community, giving him a 'special ability'.Personally, I think the MC is the usual CN fare who will work really hard to cultivate/train, crafty because he isn't strong, but powerful when actually fighting. What's great about the novel is the author's attempt at world building, throwing in certain aspects of normal events, and adding additional complications or a twist to the resolution. The 60 chapters so far has him confined to Earth, but after, the story will start doing space travel, so no need to worry about inconsistencies with local geography.Of course, I won't say I'm great at translating, but I think I did a fairly good job here, and the pace of story progression do not feel too forced and will span over years. Almost a year goes by after the first 60 chapters, so that should more or less set the stage for expectations, with around 2 mini and 2 major arcs. TL;DR: An enjoyable read with an MC that won't be too OP, but will grow at OP rates, given how much the world will eventually expand. As a completed novel with almost 1600 chapters in tow, there will be no lack of content if this gets picked up.

I did like this Novel and thought this has Potential.....but then there was chapter 20 and completely ruining the Novel becouse how out of character Mc is and how cringe it was

The story was amazing i read until chapter 81 but because of horrible translation i couldn't continue it's only a little better than machine translation it's a waste of money ofPaying for this sort of translation

i have to be honest here at some point the OP has to stop most novels have 1 thing, either1. they get reincarnated and use knowledge of the future2. they are an extreme expert on top of thator 1. they reincarnate and use specific rewards to build the most solid foundation2. get a super OP system or talent on top of thatthis is all of it combineddont get me wrong i enjoy this novelbut at some point it has to stopnow is not that point

A very interesting story so far! I really enjoy the dynamic between the male and female lead. Joshua is a "mad scientist"-type guy who loves tinkering and coming up with all sorts of ideas just for the sake of it; while Catherine is a more down-to-earth, but ambitious person. It's often hard to tell who is the realist or the idealist in this partnership, which only makes it more interesting. It also never feels like one is clearly superior and could work on their own, as they complement each other.Speaking of Joshua, it's rare to find a good web novel where the MC plays a supporting role. Even rarer is an actually interesting plot with some intrigue and nuance rather than a brawl-fest where power trumps all. Catherine is already making progress towards her goals by building allies and thinking about the big picture (while simultaneously trying to deal with a complicated scheme against her), so I hope this carries on.One complaint I have is that Joshua feels like too much of a caricature right now. Sure, he got to say his goodbyes, and I can understand that his eccentricity is also a coping mechanism. Still, the guy died not too long ago and now finds himself in a completely unfamiliar world, forced to fulfill a role he never agreed to. I just can't see him coming to terms with the situation that easily. Plus, he should have unexplored sides to him and room to grow as a person, so I hope to see some development later on to make him more human and interesting.Now comes the elephant in the room: the writing. It's passable for the most part, but the punctuation and paragraph structure need some work. Commas are sometimes abused (or not used when they should be) to make sentences way too long. Combined with the occasional gigantic paragraph, this can make the reading experience very frustrating. They're not too difficult to fix, though: make more liberal use of periods, colons, and semicolons to break things up; and try keeping paragraphs to at most 5-6 lines.All in all, this has some serious potential, so I'm looking forward to the next chapters.
