Alfred seeing her running on the corridor can only sighs but not leaving her silhouette until she disappear. "She is a very poor kid, but i wont go back. I already started. I am sorry for her but she should have gown up faster"
"Serves the poor sods right" grumped Friedrich, "Those pointy eared bastards were the first to raze our cities and salt our fields, despite all their nature-loving claims"
Meanwhile, Lin Guiying also didn't understand what her classmates were planning at first. However, when she saw them looking at Zhou Lei, she immediately knew that it had something to do with him.
The 3rd person is very prominent and makes this extremely difficult to read. Basically every line starts with the characters name and then proceeds to explain what that character does or says. It is almost similar to reading a script. The grammar is also just generally not great, though that can be improved. My main critisizism is the way the story is told to you instead of you experiencing. It's like this character did this and said that and felt that way. The writing should express that, but leave some room for interpretation instead of being so closed. Hope my ramblings make some sense, this is intended to be constrcutive not cruel.
it's really good but I'm not really used to gay mcs so I'll stop reading this, I'll give it 5 stars though. Although, it'd be great if the author informed us that it's gay in the synopsis/tags. Ps: I don't hate gay ppl, I just have different preferences so don't attack me lol
This book is an absolute must-read! From the first page, you're thrown into a world that's both familiar and terrifyingly new. The story masterfully blends intense action with quiet moments of character development, creating a rollercoaster of emotions. The characters are incredibly well-developed, and it's easy to become invested in their struggles, especially Elias, who is far from a typical hero. The plot is intricate and keeps you guessing at every turn. The introduction of the shards and the Ikonas adds a unique twist to the story, creating endless possibilities for the narrative. The world-building is exceptional, and the story hints at a much larger world with many characters with their own stories, suggesting the potential for more development.
Etarion Online is a great post apocalyptic book. The game mechanics are quite fleshed out, and so is the world. The beginning is a bit slow, but it serves it's purpose of introducing the protagonist and the world very well. Zade is also different from the normal protagonists you usually find in webnovels in a good way.
