These are language problems, there's nothing you can do, just mentally correct these small details, in fact the next translator even corrected them in the chapters he took over.

Like other mangas by Watase Yuu, this one also blends comedy and seriousness in its storytelling.  
The Kansai dialect adds more humor to the story ^^  

Even though this manga is targeted at teenagers, I think it's still enjoyable for adults as well.
