Casey Montgomery has her life planned out. After Ivy League college, she'll become a paleontologist and squire her mom to all the wonders of the world, helping them both forget her deadbeat, absentee dad. However, life has other plans. On her sixteenth birthday, Casey accidentally summons the spirit of a Tyrannosaurus rex. Magic is real, and her dad is a legendary hero who works for the Order of Thanatos--an agency that tracks magic, and is dedicated to saving the world.
