The plot wasn't original and followed familiar clichés, even featuring the cheesy, over-the-top elements that can sometimes make typical shoujo manga less enjoyable.
The artwork wasn't particularly impressive; I felt the characters had disproportionately large heads...
The characters themselves lacked depth and were too exaggerated for my taste.
I appreciated it for what it was—a straightforward, predictable, and effortless read...
The artwork features fine, well-defined lines with slim, stylized characters. The setting isn't highly detailed, but the scenes are presented appropriately, giving a sense of the atmosphere. The best illustrations are the double-page spreads where the mangaka's work can be better appreciated.
As a manga of medium length, with 4 volumes being sufficient for a story with considerable complexity, it turns out to be a simple tale without much involvement from secondary characters. At least a touch of drama would have been necessary for this kind of story, which manages to capture attention on some pages but becomes very dull at others. It could have been better. <p>
I highly recommend this to everyone.
