Apparently this has been dropped. It’s marked as “completed”, but that’s just a polite euphemism for “author got bored and ran out of ideas.”There are 25 chapters remaining, but the author wants 2000+ coins to unlock the privilege and I, for one, am not willing to spend $50 for the last, rushed ending of a dropped novel. Shame, really, as I was enjoying this quite a bit and wanted to see where things were headed.

I can’t express how disappointed I am with this story. I finished reading it and can’t help but have a bitter taste in my mouth. This story had such a good plot, development, and characters. They were full of life, the MC’s progress was tangible to the point you Yourself felt you were learning. Link became such a badass from his initial naïveté. However, what killed me was the end. This story should have been prolonged towards the 1000 chapter, instead of the initial 700+ chapters. Why am I saying this? Well, by the beginning of the 700th chapter I kept having a feeling that the author was rushing the plot too much. When Link was barely a lvl 13 legendary he was directly pushed to lvl 16 by the Archmage. This change announced the beginning of a horrible development. All the steady progress we had made, each milestone he hit became meaningless. The author wanted this novel to end, and by rushing the plot he made a series of significant changes to the story that countered the slow and steady pace this series had. The very nature of this story changed in 10 short chapters. The author felt that it was taking too long for Link to become powerful, so he directly pushed him into Godhood by some BS development he pulled out of his ass. This story had great potential; it’s slow but rewarding pace was excellent. Its a shame he decided it wasn’t worth the time to develop it.

I dislike Mad snail all I have to say, if TDG brought you to the scene of chinese novel like it did to me, you’ll understand... Mad snail has a tendency to give up writing novels or rush it.

Hey, good-looking.Did I catch your attention now? Hopefully so, because I want to talk to you about this novel. With the 3 1/2 years I've been here, I have seen pretty much all of it. Good novel, bad novels, trash novels. This? This is a good one. Written like an epic, with a classical plot of the MC suffering with only his lovable (really, she is lovable) blood-related (no harem here folks) sister, and finally the pair of siblings were given the chance to rise up and carve out their own existence in the world. As of the other wonderful reviewers, have said, this has excellent world building, story-building that is never fast or slow, with the MC adequately and sufficently merciless to his enemies, but kind to others who supported him, and thebones that had never slighted him or his sister.tldr character summary: a reasonable, realistc character, and adorable, valiant, kind hearted sister that I envy with all my heart.I'll cut this short. Please do yourself a favor and try this. Read all the free chapters. If this didn't  catch your eye like it did for me, I'm confident that at least, you'll agree that this is a good novel.Stay safe, readers.-MilordInk

Good story which is in a good genre. Not too sure about the execution of the plot yet, since only a few chapters are done, but overall, based on what I have seen so far, it is pretty good!
