    Okay so I thought I'd be into this, but as someone who works out this novel really underplays the amount of effort and pain that I go through =p not saying it's bad but I just can't read it cus someone telling you "techniques" doesnt enable you to do pull ups if you havent slowly built up the upper body strength.

    It was a good novel to read but i think quidian doesn't want us to read it anymore. No alternative other than reading only one chapter per day. They are becoming too greedy which will be cause of their site demise.

    I love this story but its update frequency is annoyingly slow.  If you read the first few chapters the mc describes his own update frequency as an author. That's basically the update frequency for this. Lol. But so far I think ********** has caught up to the author.
