The octopus witch was the only one among the deep-sea monsters who knew how to wield magic.
Although she was a failed creation of the gods, her eight legs and magic were her powerful weapons.
One day, enraged by the attack of an unknown monster, she chases it to the surface and encounters a young prince of the human world, Iskandar.
“Iyora. From now on, I’ll call you Iyora.”
The prince gave a name to the monster whom even the gods hadn’t bothered to name.
“When I return and become king, I’ll give you land. Because you’re my friend.”
The prince became friends with the monster, a special human indeed.
It was inevitable for Iyora, the octopus witch, to fall in love with Iskandar.
However, an unfortunate accident separates them, and time passes. One day, a mermaid princess seeks Iyora to ask for a favor.
“Please make me human. I’ve fallen in love!”
Empathizing with her, Iyora grants the mermaid princess’s wish.
However, the princess’s love interest turns out to be Iskandar, now an adult.
Shocked, Iyora seeks out Iskandar, but he doesn’t recognize her….
“Dⁱsgʊstⁱng. A monster pretending to be human.”

He has become a cold and heartless king, with no memory of the past. He even tries to enslave and exploit Iyora, who became human for his sake.
“Listen carefully. You are my slave, a monster, my possession.”
Where had the boy who watched the aurora with her in the sea gone?
“If you want to be my slave, my monster, then… You must endure the humiliation I inflict.”
It sounded like he was saying that a monster must endure such treatment to confess her love to a human.
“Whenever I want, sʊck my dⁱck and tell me you like it.”
