Thanks to a mad scientist codename Chosen one the world is infected with an ability super enhancing drug called Mana. But it only effect females turning them into top ranking assassins. Also there is one Assassin deadlier than all the rest his codename is Phantom. The only guy with mana. How he got it. No one know. But one thing for sure you do know what to be on his hit list.
