Not Your Typical Superhero: The First Re-Awakener

It is now the year 3027, exactly one thousand and two years since the world my ancestors knew ended in a nuclear war.
But not everything turned out bad. After all, humans built a new city—at least those who survived underground. This city is called Pangaea, yes, exactly like the supercontinent from the past!
And me? Well, I'm one of the few people you could say were fortunate enough to awaken superpowers! Or at least, I thought so...
Because of radiation, everyone has powers, at least to some extent, but my parents and I were just failures, and we paid the price. My sister, though, was a genius—a S-rank awakener!
Yet, people come and choose to kill those they fear...
Two years before the story begins, I lost everything—my mom, my dad... my beloved sister... and during that time, my electrical powers re-awakened.
Now, I only care about finishing my studies and learning to control the powers that don't belong to me—at least, it feels that way. But the powers I wield can destroy everything, so I will be careful! I won’t mess up again... though I always do... But that’s not the point! The point is that no villain is safe as long as I live. I will get rid of all of them...
