Well I mean, what else is he gonna do, the plots just set up that way, if he didn't it'd be a very different book, where everyone dies

Pugyuru is a comedy 4-Koma centered around a maid and some high school students in various scenarios. This manga is incredibly easy to pick up and put down since each strip rarely impacts the next.

I'll keep my thoughts on the story, art, and characters brief because, well, it's a 4-koma. You don't read 4-komas for those elements. The art was decent for a comic strip; no pages were poorly drawn, and the quality remained consistent. Characters stayed true to their personalities, and everything was satisfactory. If you attempt to make sense of the story, you simply won't be able to. If that's a deal-breaker, then steer clear.

My enjoyment of Pugyuru was a solid 9. I adore comedy, and a comedy that can be picked up and put down provides an excellent way to pass the time. The humor was (usually) lighthearted, the punchlines made me chuckle frequently, and not every strip was explicitly spelled out for the reader, which was refreshing.

I should mention that there are a few ecchi pages, so if you read in public, be mindful.
