Gu Nian groggily boarded a transmigration bus and found herself inside a historical novel she had read, becoming a cannon-fodder female supporting character.

Her scummy older brother and sister-in-law not only stole her job but also forced her to go to the countryside in place of her delicate niece. In retaliation, she reported them, sending them off for reformation, and then immediately signed up, sending her white lotus niece to the remote Northwest.

Using the system, she emptied the house of valuables and took all the supplies her parents left her before heading to the countryside.

After arriving, she was busy completing missions while dealing with the novel’s male and female leads, leaving her with no time to rest.

One day, she overheard a rumor that a military officer returning to visit his village had taken a liking to her and insisted on marrying her. She thought it was just gossip—until they met, and the rumor became reality.

honestly, the MC feels soo cowardly in the beginning which he is... but by the first major battle he actually starts to have confidence in his strength which just makes the novel much betterRead the whole trial and you would want to read more 😁

Now this is what i call a Good Novel.First lets talk about  about the Main Character he is Smart and Decisive that's already a plus right there and another one is he has his priorities straight goddamn it, im sick and tired of mc's getting distracted every little thing that shows up in front of them.now for the world itself admittedly i don't know much because i just binged the 60 chapters but so far the side characters are unraveling the the power system and factions quite naturally? or at least i think they by informing the MC and the viewer at the same time so take that as you will.i guess the only minor plot hole at least to me that could happen later on to the story would the reaction of the game developers to the MC's quick rise to power, As with most novels of this type or at least those that i have read is that they will either brush it off or just ignore it all together but then again how can you realistically explain how a dev group could make an a game with abnormally advance AI that could react to whatever the player is doing in their own way so yeah. Conclusion = all in all a solid novel to waste some time and enjoy and once you get hooked on it make a 180 turn as you see this site pick some shitty novel over the other less shitty novels. And that's about it Stay safe you pieces of shit

I hope they mass release the existing 278 chapters and then continue releasing the new ones. Its an interesting story and I think there are a lot of readers who are waiting for chapters 289+ onwards.

She couldn't cry in front of this man. Wasn't it what that man wanted? To see her, writhing and crying. To break her completely. To shred her dignity into pieces. To make her beg him.
