This is a very interesting novel. In one of the missions to qualify and enter the Dragon Division, the MC was injected with a experimental DNA serum while trying to save his comrade which resulted in his strength to decline from A grade to  C grade. This resulted him to fail the qualification entry into the Dragon Division. His Instructor then recommended him into the Police force and thus the beginning of his adventure when the effects of the serum started to activate and granting him extraordinary powers

Honestly, I'm only writing a review to find out if the author is going to continue it, I never felt that a novel in Webnovel was worth paying for until this one, I like kingdom building and this one does it very well, things are well studied.I like that it is not a reincarnation or a normal transmigration, the mc receives memories through dreams, but he feels Roman, for those who complain that he is stupid, that is honestly the reason why I gave him a 5 star in construction character, normally in Webnovel they are usually made into perfect gentlemen from the beginning, but they are just characters, they don't feel human.It's a shame that he ended up in the fight for Persia.

it's your usual 1000000000000000000000x everything novel. those type of novels will always have plot holes but it seems like majority of the people reading don't care. I always wonder why these type of novels are always the one getting picked. it's nothing new and obviously not high quality. it's as if webnovel is just recycling trash and adding a new premise and calling it a new novel.

At first the writing quality is not very good but it's gets clearer and better as the chapters go by. The story is also very good.Keep up the good work  author.

So I have read up to chapter 100 and I finally have decided to write a review. Here I will list the pros and cons that this story has and hopefully give the author some constructive criticism to further improve his writing.PROS1. Characters seem somewhat well written unlike some Chinese novels where every character seems like an arrogant brat.2. Story premise is actually quite enjoyable to read.3. MC is enjoyable to read about in my opinion.CONS1. Author seems he can't display characters emotions correctly yet. For example, in the elemental test, the MC gets a godly score with the ability to manipulate 6 different elements, and yet he doesn't even seem happy in the slightest. It seemed like, to me at least, that the MC was trying to score an impossible score. 2. Detail is mediocre at best. For example, going back to the elemental test, when the MC got tested there was no suspense, there was no detail on what the MC was feeling, there was no detail in anything he was seeing either. It just seemed like he was a robot devoid of any emotions.3. The pace is wayyyyy too fast. It seems like one chapter he is traveling to some castle or city, and next chapter it's already 3 days in the future. Like I understand if the author was trying not to bore people with unnecessary content, but my man you gotta slow it down sometimes. Honestly, this book could be one of my top books in webnovel if the author fixed up these mistakes in the writing. I hope once the author gets more experienced in writing, he will come back to this story and completely restart it. Yeah I guess it's a naïve hope, but you can let a man wish. A great book. It portrays a clash between values and society of different worlds. As a idol from earth gets reincarnated in to another world where music is banned if it does not send the same message as the government. A world where music is used to control. A great pretense, although the author has been away lately. This book has great potential and I'm eagerly waiting for more.🤘
