    The work is simply sublime!Lyra is the best character, too bad she left us early, but she never let us down!The author is to be congratulated, job very well done.I know the story is good when I feel part of my soul leaving with its ending, the ending is also perfect!My thanks to the author.I will miss Lyra, Ameria, Milliandra and Aleni.My only sadness is not seeing Aleni's children.

    It's not very good. The english is broken and it's too difficult to read.The power system isn't clearly explained. I know there are numbered levels. There are knights, saints and sages. But what they can do or what's the difference between real is never explained.The world is unknown. We know some countries and cities name but we don't know where they are.The characters aren't very well constructed. What are their aspirations ? What do they like? They power up and that's it. It's just cultivating and nothing else. The MC is "smart" but he makes stupid decisions which works because the author makes him succeed. I mean, he is boastful of how quick he can make others cultivate and everything is fine because he knows others will see the benefits he brings, bla bla bla. But not everything is logical in life and you can't predict all things correctly. He shows too much while being too weak.I'm sure there are other things but I stopped after 60 chapters. I was tired to see power ups being too easy and too fast.

    In my opinion this is the very best novel on QI and ist doesn't get as much attention as it deserves.The MC is really likeable and the concept is something new and different.There are no cliches and every Arc is nice top read, even if the only thing described is he's daily Life. View More

    Leaving a review to the fun, fast-paced novel. You can say this is more of a 'light novel,' just from thoughts, the author colours his world. Just from the character talking to himself, revealing his feelings. I don't play too much with the system but every system I read is great and makes me go, "I wish i have a system to fawn my crush," and this novel had it. Keep on writing, story have to be told and ends.

    Story moves on slowly but it's engaging. This is a typical xian xia in many senses of the word but atypical at the same time. It fiercely avoids cliche scenarios like "Courting death!" and no face slapping young masters from other families (even though the MC does slap his father's face). The author seems to care about his story and isn't just writing another lazy rehash of the same d*mn concepts we've seen 200 times. And the MC is actually smart. Like not the author says he's smart while he acts like an absolute dumb*ss smart but actually smart. Like you could agree with many of the things he said while thinking logically. I will say though that personally, I think this book need a little comedy but otherwise, I think this will be quite a decent book about 200 or 300 chaps in. Fighting, author! Totally give it a try before deciding whether this is for you or not.

    Title is “Loner in the Apocalypse” but immediately after it starts he groups up. Hoped for something a little unique, but this one so far just seems basic.
