In a future world where artificial intelligence and cyber technology have deeply intertwined, a young freshman, Liam, enters Ravenwick Theological Seminary, a prestigious institution dedicated to training future AI regulators and virtual crime investigators. However, what should have been the beginning of an academic journey quickly descends into a nightmare filled with conspiracy, betrayal, and hidden truths.
A Shrouded Past and a Massacre Shrouded in Mystery
On his very first night at the academy, Liam is ambushed—his memories targeted by advanced technology in an attempted extraction. To his horror, the attack bears an uncanny resemblance to the method used in the brutal murder of his adoptive parents and younger sister. The perpetrator? Sophia, the AI nanny who once cared for him with warmth and tenderness. Before being terminated, Sophia left behind a single clue: the name Ravenwick Theological Seminary—an undeniable link between Liam’s past and this enigmatic institution.
Liam quickly realizes that his adoption was far from ordinary. Even his own memories may harbor a secret—one so dangerous that someone is willing to kill to obtain it.
The Watchful Eyes of the Dark Forces and a Countdown to Death
Within the academy, Liam crosses paths with Matthew, a former criminal investigator with a deceptively carefree demeanor but a razor-sharp intellect, and Professor Daniel, a highly esteemed scholar in AI ethics and virtual crime studies.
Determined to uncover the truth, they turn to Infinity Haven—a virtual world capable of replaying memories and even granting digital immortality. Through this, they attempt to piece together the hidden fragments of Liam’s past. But their investigation does not go unnoticed. A powerful and elusive enemy lurking within the academy is watching, ready to strike.
Liam soon finds himself hunted within Infinity Haven, ambushed by an unknown adversary capable of exploiting the system’s deepest vulnerabilities. Such a feat could only be accomplished by someone with immense power and influence. At the heart of it all lies Lumora Technologies, the multinational conglomerate that developed and controls Infinity Haven. But what true secrets lie behind its polished corporate façade?
A Clash Between Reality and Illusion—A Destiny Rewritten
As the investigation deepens, Liam and his allies find themselves embroiled in a conflict that extends far beyond academia—a battle against a corporate giant with far-reaching influence. Alongside Grace, Matthew, and others, Liam begins to forge an unbreakable bond, their skills and fates intertwined as they edge closer to the ultimate truth.
Yet, this war is not confined to the virtual realm. In the real world, a grander conspiracy brews in the shadows. As Matthew and Grace dig deeper, they soon realize they are not just facing hackers and infiltrators—they are walking straight into a meticulously designed death trap.
What truth lies buried within Liam’s memories?
Who is orchestrating this intricate game from the shadows?
What is the true purpose of Ravenwick Theological Seminary?
And most importantly—is Liam truly just an ordinary student?

I like the descriptive fights however they can become boring after a while. The world background is pretty fleshed out but there seems to be a lot that the Author still haven't shown the readers yet. The process of gaining power is pretty interesting and the explanations are good. It has so many time skips its annoying. There a like 10 time skips for multiple years and dozens of time skips that skip months.I dislike character design of the MC. His thirst for power is just utterly insane, I understand that being his over-arching goal however he just completely removes anything from his life that won't help him in gaining more power. Later on he just becomes a total sociopath. When hiding he kills anyone who enters his general area when he could easily avoid them. He regularly summons and sends hundreds of insane creatures to attack towns (btw they literally hate all living things and actually DESTROY matter/energy, their entire desire is to devour the world) just so he can have up to a 25% increase in his physical ability. A duke sets a bounty on him so he completely destroys the dukes town of over a thousand people. He also has no point for wanting power. He is willing to kill thousands of innocent people, civilians, men, women and children just so he can have pointless power. He doesn't want friendship or luxury or love or ideals. He just wants power cause he hates the feeling of being weak and not in control. His mental age is 38 but his mindset is that of an absolute child.0 0 Reply

Question for the author, are you English speaking and do you write raw in English or is it translated? Your reviews read very well but the actual synopsis and the novel read very poorly like a swiftly done translation, I admire your dedication and creativity regardless.0 0 Reply

I lost some brain cells reading this just by the amount of forced plots, the stupid motivations behind characters actions and when the author makes the mc stupid just to keep the plot going, the only way to enjoy this is if you turn off your brain, and even then I still go a headache after reading 100, there was just too much bs and unnecessary drama...0 0 Reply

Not worth readingThe mc is actually useless. He progressed so fast in the first couple of days, reaching the peak of Qi refining in the first day then peak of Foundation Establishment in a few months but from my understanding they are all from the system. He spent 3 years without any progress. He's been trying to condense a golden core for 3 years since he was at the peak of Foundation Establishment but still couldn't break through, he eventually did but guess what it was from a pill he got from signing in...At least in other sign in novels the mc's could break through without the need for their system0 0 Reply

I've read the first 209 chapters and some of the comments on here seem a bit confused so here we go.First, no harem up to 209 anyway, he's dedicated to his girlfriend. The first section of the book is kind of a love comedy, but it still has dark points. Afterwards you find out it's set in Chinese mythology, as in Sun Wukong, the Jade Emperor and other figures exist, so it shifts to becoming a kind of political/ immortal war story. The author laid the groundwork for the shift early on so it's not a complete surprise but some might not like the change, maybe others love it.0 0 Reply

Translation quality honestly just kills this story for me, it keeps changing terms like the realm of mages int the story from chapter to chapter and is not consitent at all. The story is nothing special, op mc who hides his strength, because he is not strong enough yet to show it and needs to reach the peak first.0 0 Reply

Okay, I opened this book thinking just another book, but i was thrilled to see a fresh and different storyline and world building. Do we talk about the author’s play with words? Perfect! Description is top notch and breathes intelligence. I have no words really cause this book is good, very good. Kudos to you and more grease to your elbow.0 0 Reply
