“I’m pretty sure I asked you this clearly the first time we met. Which one of the two people in the photo is you?”

Kang Jin-han (27, su1), who has never once experienced dating in his life, installs an online dating app on a whim and ends up meeting Cha Jeong-yul (32, gong2). Jin-han, who somehow managed to keep up months of conversation with the highly suspicious Jeong-yul—a man with no profile picture and an unknown name—gradually begins to find his only solace in lonely city life through him.

Months later, at their first in-person meeting, Jin-han is rejected the moment they lay eyes on each other.

“Sorry, but Jin-han-ssi, you’re not my type.”

Jeong-yul firmly expresses his unwillingness to meet again, revealing that Jin-han had misunderstood every question he’d been asked up until now. But Jin-han, desperate not to lose the one joy in his daily life, blurts out,

“Well, we could still have sex, couldn’t we?!”

Unwilling to let go of Jeong-yul, Jin-han tries to negotiate any way to hold onto him.

“Hmm, my way is a bit… unconventional,” Jeong-yul replies, and Jin-han learns the real reason he’s been using the app.

“You might end up crying. Are you okay with that?”

Knowing nothing about SM3, vanilla4, or anything in between, Jin-han agrees to Jeong-yul’s proposal with nothing but blind faith that it’ll somehow work out. And so begins a relationship, with Jin-han completely unaware of the feverish emotions it will awaken in his heart.
