The story is nice. Mc has a lot of struggles and accepts his defeat (whenever he was stuck in a difficult situation). Not too strong nor too weak. Plot is good and anymore than that is spoiler
Idk if I have grown out of academy novels, at one point I used to actively look for the academy tag now I unconciously avoid it. It's not even like all academy novels are bad like "Demon lord joins the academy" that's still one of my favorite novels on this site, I would love to read a similar novel to it.
